Symeon Winery
Nestled in the mountainous region of Larnaca, in the village of Odou, Symeon Winery is a small, newly established project that reflects the quiet revival of winemaking in this lesser-known part of Cyprus. Founded by Symeon Symeou, the winery is driven by a passion for the land and a desire to contribute to the region’s emerging wine identity, producing limited quantities while steadily building its presence.
